R&D / Optical Lab Working Student

- to join our company in Berlin.
The position should ideally start in 2025 and last at least 6 months with 60 - 80 hours per month.
• Work alongside physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to solve complex, multi-disciplinary challenges;
• Run experiments and develop innovative spectrometers;
• Analyze experimental data using Python.
• Currently enrolled as a student in natural sciences (e.g., Physics, Engineering, or a related field) at a German university;
• Successfully completed at least the first three semesters of your studies (minimum 90 ECTS);
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
• Holding a valid EU work permit, since no visa sponsorship is offered for this role;
• Available to work on-site at our office in Berlin-Friedrichshain at least twice a week;
• Highly motivated to gain hands-on experience with optics and spectrometers.
• Previous experience with Python is a strong plus;
• Interest for the MedTech industry.

• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team on a meaningful and unsolved problems;
• Gain hands-on experience in a multi-disciplinary R&D team;
