• Operational contact for all employees within the framework of HR processes, from contract to certificate creation
• Purchasing of components, devices, equipment as well as services, evaluation of new suppliers, preparation and updating of purchasing documentation
• Support during all employee's life cycle events and handling the associated administration
• Hiring process: publishing of job ads on suitable job portals, initial correspondence with applicants, responsible for coordinating appointments, support job interviews, the onboarding process of new employees
• Support with invoicing and month-end closing
• Day-to-day tasks in HR and purchasing
• Communication with tax office, authorities, landlord, health insurances, suppliers
• Trouble-shooting, customer complaints, and return management
• Inventory management
• Management and update of the "team" session on DiaMonTech's official website
• Studies in business administration or human resources, a training in the personnel area or a comparable qualification. We are open to applicants from other fields.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• A good knowledge of German employment law
• An experienced handling of the MS-Office package
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English
• Excellent communication and team skills
• High level of self-motivation, goal orientation, and a dynamic appearance
